Returns & Exchanges: Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At SaMano, we want you to feel a deep connection with every piece you choose. We understand that sometimes a "Golden Detail" might not be exactly what you envisioned once it arrives. That is why we have designed a return process that is as transparent and effortless as our Mediterranean style.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your SaMano jewelry. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original, unworn condition (no scratches, dents, or signs of wear).

  • Accompanied by the original SaMano boutique packaging (box, pouch, and authenticity card).

  • Including any promotional gifts if the entire order is being returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Return Portal: Enter your order number and email address in our [Online Return Center].

  2. Choose Your Option: Select whether you would like an exchange, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

  3. Pack & Ship: Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders). Securely pack the jewelry to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Instant Exchanges: Love the design but need a different size? We offer seamless exchanges.

  • Store Credit: Opt for store credit and receive an extra $10 bonus to use toward your next Spanish treasure. Store credit never expires.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our artisans, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the credit has been applied to your original payment method.

Please note: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

  • Custom/Engraved Pieces: Any jewelry that has been personalized specifically for you.

  • Final Sale Items: Pieces purchased from our "Archive" or "Last Chance" sections.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives with a defect or is not what you ordered, we want to make it right immediately. Please contact our concierge team at [email protected] with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a priority replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

For our muses outside of the EU, returns are accepted, but please note that return shipping costs and any original customs duties/taxes are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
